We have spent many years analysing the capabilities and competencies that leaders of these functions need to exhibit in order to be effective in an organisation, and particularly to be credible at the top table. We have partnered with a leadership and psychology consultancy firm with close links to Oxford University’s Saïd Business School to develop tailored (to the functions into which we recruit) profiling tools to assess these leadership capabilities and competencies more methodically and with greater rigour.
Though based in London we undertake executive searches for roles that are based in Europe and, on occasion, further afield.

The team is led by Nick Helsby who has over twenty years of conducting communications, public affairs and investor relations assignments.
