We have listened to their needs and responded by developing a new Leadership Assessment & Development Service. This encompasses behavioural profiling, team diagnostics, competency framework advice, benchmarking, and coaching & mentoring.

Watson Helsby Leadership Consulting is a partnership with Edgecumbe Consulting Group, a leadership and psychology consultancy with close links to Oxford University’s Saïd Business School. The service has been created to help corporate communications directors to better understand the leadership capabilities of their team and to ensure they are developing a team fit for the changing needs of the business and its operational environment.

What makes this service unique to the industry is the customised data and intelligence that underpins it. Following extensive profiling, we have created a proprietary benchmark database showing the extent to which corporate communications/affairs directors are suited to various aspects of leadership. Comparisons can then be made with this benchmark of respected communications director peers, to highlight gaps and development needs.
